Background

The pharmaceutical industry is undergoing a digital transformation. With physicians increasingly time-constrained and selective about the information they consume, brands need smarter, more engaging ways to communicate clinical value. Traditional print-heavy detailing is giving way to interactive digital experiences.

Adsyndicate Healthcare developed a multichannel HCP engagement approach that combines interactive iPad visual aids, email campaigns, digital leave-behinds and CRM-driven follow-ups to create a seamless physician engagement journey.

The Challenge

Physician attention spans during brand presentations are short — often under 3 minutes. The challenge was to create digital detailing tools that are visually compelling, scientifically rigorous, easy to navigate, and capable of delivering key messages within the first 60 seconds.

Additionally, each asset needed to work across therapy areas while maintaining brand consistency and regulatory compliance.

Our Approach

We developed a modular digital toolkit approach — creating interactive iPad visual aids with intuitive navigation, animated data visualisations, and embedded video content. Each module was designed to adapt based on physician specialty and interest area.

Supporting the field force tools, we built automated email sequences triggered by engagement patterns, ensuring consistent follow-up without manual effort.
