National oncology conferences are critical moments for pharmaceutical brands to engage with key opinion leaders, present clinical data, and reinforce brand positioning among the oncology community. Dr. Reddy's Laboratories needed a commanding presence at a major national oncology summit that would reflect its growing portfolio and commitment to cancer care.
Medical conferences are visually overwhelming — dozens of exhibitors competing for attention in a limited timeframe. The challenge was to design an immersive booth experience and cohesive event collateral that would draw delegates in, communicate multiple brand stories clearly, and create lasting recall in a crowded exhibition hall.

We designed a complete event ecosystem — from the lobby and registration desk experience to the booth architecture, wayfinding, danglers, and all supporting print and digital collateral. The design language was bold and unified, ensuring Dr. Reddy's presence was unmissable from every sightline in the venue.
Each zone within the booth was dedicated to a specific brand or therapy area, allowing focused conversations while maintaining overall portfolio coherence.
